Join Chef, General Manager and owner, Richard Chenoweth of Scranton's Restaurant of Pascagoula as he shares his southern charms and world famous dishes from his delectable menu.
On the menu~
Appetizer ~ Robert's Bread-a blend of crawfish, peppers, onions and cheese
Entree #1-Snapper en papillote, also known at Scranton's as Fish in the Bag-a classic technique that steams the fish and leaves it moist and succulent. Potatoes, green beans, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers are added to the number six brown paper bag and delicately steamed
Entree #2- Market Street Chicken- Blackened chicken breast topped with sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions and sauteed smoked sausage smothered in Provolone cheese
Dessert-Scranton's famous Chocolate four layer cake- first layer chopped pecans, butter and flour, second layer cream cheese and whipped cream, third layer pudding and fourth layer whipped cream and chocolate flakes

Scott Weinberg, owner and chef of the Blow Fly Inn which has been featured by numerous national publications and television shows. It has been named "A Favorite Seafood Dive" by Southern Living and one of America's 51 Great Burger Joints by USA Today. The Blow Fly has also been featured on the Food Network shows Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives and Emeril Live as well as Fox TV Atlanta and Mississippi Roads.

Family and pizza are a natural combination! Bring your family together for a night of fun at the LMDC Viking Kitchen! Parents and children will enjoy cooking and spending time together after a busy summer day. Indulge in healthy ingredients such as cheeses, meats and lots of fresh veggies as your family learns simple and fast tricks of the trade! At the end of the class, everyone will sit down to dine on homemade pizza!

Class Return and Exchange Policy
If you are unable to attend a class, you will have the option to be placed in an upcoming class or we will issue a full refund if you notify us a minimum of one week before the class. If the notification of withdrawal is given after this time but at least 48 hours prior to the class date, we will issue a class credit to be applied to future classes. Refunds will be processed and mailed within 30 days of cancellation. Less than 48 hours prior to the class date, refunds will not be given. Exceptions to this policy may be granted on a case by case basis or in cases of documented family or medical emergency. Call (228)897-6039 if you are unable to attend a class. The Lynn Meadows Discovery Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes up to the day of the class. In the event a class is cancelled, all students will be notified and full refunds will be issued.
